University City homes are older and full of detail — deep casing, built-ins, plaster walls, and original wood doors. That work takes patience, careful masking, and a lot of hand cutting rather than spraying everything.
Plaster is the thing that catches most crews out. It cracks differently than drywall, and painting over it without the right repair just means the crack comes back the same winter.
